Together with employees of VR-Banks am Württemberg, Bruchsal-Bretten, and Main-Tauber, the GESTE team has developed ideas on how GESTE and DGRV's worldwide projects in Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America with cooperatives can be used for VR Bank employees to get involved. The "Passion," "Power," and "Partnership" packages are currently being tested with bank employees and will be offered to a wider audience from 2024.
